Where it started
Car detailers in Belgium and the Netherlands often managed their bookings via WhatsApp and worked with generic booking tools that were not localized and did not support vehicle profiles, surcharge logic, interior questions, or invoicing.
Our approach
How we tackled it
Detaylio is an all-in-one platform specifically built for professional car detailers in Belgium and the Netherlands. It combines online booking, customer and vehicle management, invoicing, and automatic reminders into one central system. Clients select their vehicle type via professional icons, after which any applicable surcharges are automatically applied. Furthermore, every detailer receives their own website and booking page, eliminating the need for a separate website. Automation, such as review requests and retention messages, helps detailers retain customers without spending their own time on it.
